Entry terms and conditions

1. This instant win is open to consumers aged 18 (eighteen) years or over who are residents of the UK only, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Kerrygold Company and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. To participate, you will require a Unique Reference Number (URN) from a promotional pack of Kerrygold butter.

3. No purchase necessary in Northern Ireland - For a free entry, send a stamped, self addressed envelope to:

Kerrygold will post a URN to you for you to enter at www.kerrygold.co.uk or call 0844 445 7195. Free entries limited to one per person. Valid Northern Ireland address required for verification.

4. The Instant Win will run from 1 June 2010 to 05 September 2010. Winners will be notified immediately, and will be asked to send their winning packaging by recorded delivery to:

5. Winning numbers have been randomly allocated under independent supervision

6. Only 1 entry per URN

7. There are 5 Prizes consisting of £2,000 to be won. There are no other alternative prizes available. On verification of a valid URN, prizes will be allocated within 28 days of application

8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Instant Win as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control.

9. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, whether arising from negligence or not, which is not foreseeable or arises as a result of the use of the prize.

10. The names and counties of the winners will be available on request by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: The Kerrygold Company Leek, Staffs, ST13 5SP within three months of the final closing dates.

11. The Promoter's decision regarding all promotional matters is final and binding.

12. Conduct of participation. By entering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Community Awards by Kerrygold and Instant Win Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the website, or to be acting in any manner deemed to be disruptive to the promotion. This Promotion is subject to the Kerrygold Company Privacy policy.

Community Awards, Fundraising T&Cs:

1) By entering a valid URN, Kerrygold are automatically donating 10p to the fund on the consumer’s behalf

2) x10 Winning Community Projects will be awarded 10% of the Community Awards Fund (“the Fund”) each. The fund is guaranteed at a minimum of £10,000. The final fund value is dependant on the number of consumers who utilise promotional packs to donate 10p on the Kerrygold website or via the telephone entry route.

Winners will be decided as follows:
- x9 winners (1 per region) will be selected by public vote
- x 1 winner will be selected by our panel of judges. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
